The dates shown relate to the song release date.
These screen shots are from some video footage shown on a documentary a few years back.
Some of it looks like Paris '79, but doesn't seem to match up with existing footage and is possibly film.

A couple of replies confirm this and give a definite venue and a possible second venue, both not Paris.
But after all this you post here and tell the world it is Paris because you have the bootleg DVD from Paris in which Freddie is wearing full leathers!
Great fan boy observation but you're wrong. During the 78/79 US and European tours Freddie dressed in PVC jacket and trousers. As can be seen here and in my Paris bootleg. He used leather during The Crazy tour.

The footage labeled Somebody To Love actually contains the audio from the studio track.
The Dreamers Ball footage is indeed from Brussels as well, good spot.
