According to the Government's Companies House website, John's company, Goldfinch, has missed the deadline for submitting his annual return (now called a confirmation statement). It is flagged up as a red alert on the company's home page on that website. Wonder what has gone wrong? If he doesn't resolve it soon he could be prosecuted or have his company's assets seized by the crown.

I should imagine John Deacon is one of the least affected people on Earth due to COVID. I doubt life hasn't changed much at all for him!
Have to agree with you Rob. As long as he is isolating, he should be fine!
Although the deadline for submitting his annual return (dated up to 2 March) was 16 March, in previous years he has submitted it just after 2 March. Given that the lockdown didn't really start until a fortnight ago, he could have easily submitted it in early March. Also, his company Secretary is Lester Dales, who looks after several Queen companies, all of which are up to date. I really wonder what has happened here...
Wow. give this man the TROPHY! GREATEST NEARLY INSANE STALKER LEVEL FAN in Queen history!
(*unless you're an accountant and simply bored)
But hey, i really admire that diligence and dedication. You've got some good smarts to be on top of things like this.
Maybe consider a bimonthly online magazine: John Deacon's public filings Bi Monthly.
JDPFBM for short.
Take fan submissions for art. I'll volunteer a few poorly rushed quarantine sketches
Forgive me, my scanner is in storage with my real computer. Cell phone photo plus high contrast.
Deacon 1 for proposed bimonthly John Deacon web fanzine.
