Please post a file sample if you really want a considered response regarding video quality.
Like I mentioned on your YouTube channel, the audio quality on your clip is poor (there is a wind like sound throughout).
I have emailed you an audio file link.
Here's my attempt. Hard to tell the difference, but for the most of it, I reduced the compression artifacts which are noticeable around the air. I'll post a video sample once it's encoded, but that's if Hybrid Video Converter doesn't crash on me.
Unfortunately, not much can be done in terms of details. Not to mention, there's a lot of motion smearing caused by digital cleaning? I assume every recording out there comes from the same QTV broadcast. Even if somebody were to share their "newer" copy, it wouldn't make much of a difference since it's more likely that all other raw copies out there suffer from the same issues. However, don't take my word for it. It can still be worth a try.
Can you post a video file sample?
I'll post a sample link of the 2015 DVD Pittrek made, I de-interlaced it and synched my audio with it back in the day.
It has ac3 audio, but the lossless audio I sent you could be used instead.
Perhaps make a comparison?

What's the source if I can ask? There is a lot of detail, but also lots of compression artifacts.
I think I used your edit from 2015. Bob PM'd me a download link to it.

It may seem I have overdone the filtering, but some shots from a distance don't look too satisfying. However, close up shots to Brian hitting that A chord looks okay now that I reduced the compression.
I'll post another sample later. link link
Here's a sample of the version I made in 2015, it actually has LPCM audio but I used a little bit of hiss reduction as I recall: link
YouTube Sample:
To clarify once more, this is taken from a de-interlaced version of Pittrek's 2015 DVD synched with the audio from my recording which was taken directly from the QTV broadcast.
I did mention back in the day that the play back issue could be resolved in this way, but I think it mostly fell on deaf ears!
Here's another test sample. Small adjustments to the filtering, and added some grains just so it doesn't look too washed out and gives it that texture. I'm a bit satisfied with this one.

Thanks for the sample. It almost sounds the same, but has some distortions, like when Freddie does that high note on his "Come on!". Any chance of coming across your lossless copy through PM? I must've missed it before.
To be honest I think Pittrek did the best job he could do with the source that he had.
The audio let it down, and of course the interlacing problem.
When corrected we are still left with what will always be a turd that has been polished the best it can.
Additional processing won't make things any better, a new source is what is needed.
Didn't realize beforehand that the processing was already done by him thinking I was working on a raw copy until you mentioned it, and looked deep into the main post from his original thread. Hope no disrespect.
