Royal Mint are releasing several QUEEN official minted coins for their 50th anniversary - so the Queen with be partnered with Queen on the same coin. So coins will show the band/freddie/crest etc Expect news and press releases from usual sources in the coming weeks/months
At first I thought the headline read:
"Royal Anthology 50th anniversary QUEEN offically released box coming soon"
But then I realized that actually I was wrong (((((((
Gold is Gold.
Check the current gold spot rate and expect to pay more than that for a shiny new 1oz gold coin.
Also expect a loss should you immediately sell it on.
Proof coins are much more expensive (although they have the same gold value) and are highly collectable.
They MIGHT make you a better profit in the long run, and that would all be Capital Gains Tax exempt.
Who knows what will happen to gold prices in years to come, but China will have most of it by then no doubt.

Interesting that the £100 and £25 coins won't be legal tender.
They will be legal tender.
There is a difference between legal tender and circulating legal tender.
Don't worry though, I'll always pay you face value for any gold coins!
Thanks a lot for sharing this with me. I didn't know about this before reading it here. By the way, I was looking online for some Blighty Bingo Promo Codes and was suggested this https://gamblizard.com/casinos/blighty-bingo-bonus/ website. I haven't used this website before and wanted to know if anyone here has used them before and could tell me more about them.
