He played every instrument in the world. And that was it. Go on. CA: What did you think of the “Bohemian Rhapsody” film in which Rami Malek, wearing a set of prosthetic teeth, plays Freddy? How would you know how it affects people Sebastian? Frederick and Fred are fine, but not Freddy. He refers to himself as Frederick in the 1991 Fan Club Message. Nothing wrong with that at all. But Freddy??? Realjy??? Mariah agrees. It's just annoying that people continuously balls it up. |

It makes sense now, Brian is so relaxed on stage without Freddie now and it shows. Freddie got all the attention because he was the one that had to work an audience and make the show lively. There is a rumour that Brian was jealous of Freddie firstly because it was Freddie's songs that got the band famous and it was Freddie who was the first band member to have a number one hit. May & Mercury were always at war in the studios and Mercury always won. In an interview the reporter asked had Freddie hit Brian yet and Freddie replied "no but there is still time" lol That is why Brian never gave Freddie the credit he so richly deserved about the magnificent voice he had because Brian was jealous of Mercury. |

Yeah, no. If that were the case, why was it never mentioned in Peter Hince’s or Peter Freestone’s books? Why would Brian have Freddie’s touring piano? Why would Roger have a statue of Freddie in his garden? Why would Freddie have written Soul-Brother to reassure Brian when he was doubting his place in the band during the Hot Space sessions, or made a compilation of every one of Brian’s solos? Why would Roger have been on his way to Garden Lodge when Freddie died? Why would Brian have written Freddie’s epitaph, or been in tears dedicating Freddie’s asteroid? Why would Jim Hutton have called Roger Freddie’s soulmate? Somebody isn’t telling the truth here, and I think it’s pretty evident who. |

She was certainly referring to Brian and Roger. Not quite sure about them being desperate for attention and I suspect her insight might not differ that much from an average person actually, but it still tells you something about the impact films have. She clearly thinks the band hated Freddie and I think that's what many people got out from this film. Misspelling Freddie is annoying as fuck, Seb I think it's time to accept you cannot always speak for everyone. |

Vocal Harmony Sharon Osbourne's dad did sign Queen up with him but it was short lived (only a week) when Freddie approached Sharon and said to her "Your gonna be so mad with me dear but ive changed me mind and want that lovely John Reid to manage Queen. John Reid was also a very good friend of the Osbourne's. The rest is history. |

Friends can drift over time. I can't really see anything wrong with the initial quote. Queen were looking for a new manager, went to Don Arden, and may well have connected to John Reid through him. And if there was any paperwork signed, it was sorted by Reid. |
