Vocal Harmony You are missing the point here, what i meant was the watered down part of Queen (Brian & Roger) make the gimmicks better on stage so the average dumb fan does not notice how much the band are lacking from the other band members not been around i.e Freddie & John. Bigger brighter gimmicks are there to compensate for Adam not having a massive personality and talent like Freddie. And there was Freddie who stole Live Aid back in 1985 with no gimmicks and lights. Lambert has to have distractions and gimmicks around him to make him look sophisticated and though he is a massive star, laughable ha ha ha |

Thanks for your opinion, Flash, but everyone else here has their own. Adam fits superbly with Queen at this point and the show is the best I have ever seen (and I have been to quite a few over the years). 2014 they were really good, 2017 way better and I fully expect this one to be off the charts. At this point Adam fits like a glove! There is a reason the US tour has been sold out for months. Of course, it is Roger and Brian and Queen music, but if Adam were not stellar, people wouldn't pay to see a lacklustre show. You are missing out, but I guess you folks have your videos and such to keep you happy! The rest of us will move on and enjoy what is now being offered! There is no hype, it is an absolutely tremendous musical experience! I can't wait until Aug. 4th! |

Snifflese I do not need to be present at a second rate watered down Queen show with a stand in singer when i have witnessed real Queen in all there glory back in the day with Mercury May Deacon & Taylor. You don't have to go as that is your choice. I love Queen.but I wouldn't go to see them with Martel or Gaga. I would go to see them if Sebastian Bach sang with them or Bruce Dickinson (he has the right kind of voice), but there are not many singers that can sing all of their music the way Adam can. I really don't know who might sing with them to be honest, so it would just depend. I am not going just because of Adam, but it works for me. I honestly don't think there is anyone right now who could do a better job. Their synergy is just off the charts! |
