Interesting as it seems to be (other than TOTP), the only UK tv show performance. Any information or photos/videos can help.
The performance of Killer Queen was filmed for '45 at Granada TV Studios in Manchester on December 19th.
The 45 minute show aired on ITV at 1.15pm on Christmas Day 1974 and was billed as ''Christmas Rock With 45''. link link
I have access to all the episodes of '45 currently in the archives, but sadly the Christmas show is not amongst them.
Hopefully a private recording of the TV broadcast exists somewhere.

Ok, according to this page; link, the special had a performance of Killer Queen, and was hosted by Kid Jensen and Emperor Rosko.
It looks like they performed the full version on this show. Up to this point, Freddie had been afraid to perform more than one verse. If it was successful...maybe that's why they added another verse on the Japanese tour. I can't imagine if they performed a cropped "Rainbow" version on TV
