Thank you, I just wanted to make sure - are these Blu-rays content-wise identical to the original mkv files shared by CM? |

Great job again! Shame about the missed opportunity with the disc label. You should have placed Freddie's crotch where the hole is, so that hilarity ensues as you put your finger through it. |

Once again outstanding work ... dare I ask for a torrent for this as I'm sure it will make like much easier for many ... I'm still hiding issues with the last release !!! Not to complain of course just the anticipation to catch these is high |

But, on the other hand, there are people that enjoy having these authored BDs on physical format. |

Forgive me if this isn't the right place, but who are these people with blu ray players and no USB port on either that or the TV? I'm sure the menus look good (the cover does), and the addiotional content is well chosen, but the reason given for the existence of this doesn't work. TVs play mkv files. |

Hi guys, I'm new to the blu-ray burning thing so please excuse this daft question - how the hell do I burn this in a way it's playable on a standalone blu-ray player, with menus chapters etc as intended by the OP? I have a new Asus burner which arrived with some software called Power2Go 8 by Cyberlink. I've attempted to burn the folder as I would with a DVD, however it keeps trying to make it a data disc rather than a playable blu-ray. It's also looking for a disc image, but there seems to be no image in the folders. I thought the data disc would work ok, but it's not playing the files in order and won't play some at all. I've looked up different pieces online, and many suggest IMGburn (which I thought was quite old, however it still seems popular). But IMGburn suggests that there are many files/folders missing to make it a playable/compatible disc and again just makes it a data disc :( I've actually made one successful disc of my own, using another video - but can't get this one (or the Earls Court one) to work. Help!!??! Cheers :) |
dudeofqueen 22.03.2019 12:53 |
Thistle. Thanks for asking the question; I was going to take a punt on an Asus burner and this is EXACTLY the type of thing I'd get stuck with. The answer will determine whether I hit the button or not..... |

I thought it would be as easy as writing a DVD or CD but apparently not. I've found a lot of videos online, but most show how to author a disc rather than make one from existing folders. Hopefully we get some good advice, and you get your burner :) |
Thistle 23.03.2019 13:35 |
Got it sorted, dudeofqueen :) There's a function on IMGburn that allows you to create an image from a folder (I had been using write to disc from file). Once you've created the image, it's just as easy as writing a DVD. You get a playable Blu-ray with menus, chapters etc. Really simple in the end - just wish the "write to disc from file" didn't create a dialogue suggesting it would make a playable disc when in fact it will just be a data disc...that was just time and a disc or two wasted - but hey, you live and learn lol |
vince73 28.03.2019 13:24 |
Using Power2Go with my Pioneer burner just put the BMVD in the root of disk and burn it as datadisc. Worked with my Philips Bluray player. |
