Where is this photo? Wembley? Budapest? [QueenConcerts]

MusicWoman 14.02.2019 11:42	Hello! Apparently this is Freddie singing We Will Rock You at Wembley in 1986, but the DVD I watched he was in the white jacket with a veil... Does anyone know what and where he is singing there? I doubt this is Wembley as in my memory the Union Jack didn't appear at any time... It's bugging me Many thanks!! x
