If it was about Spike's years with Queen and Brian and Roger it would be in a Queen section, and the fact he was also talking about the Rami, the obvious place would be the biopic thread. The fact it was posted in this sub forum,and says much what she figured was the most important thing Spike was talking about...AL of course. That's not me being nasty, but no surprise you think it is. No wonder why sweetcaroline has the victim mentality that she does and she can't ever admit to being wrong...because in you swoop to try to defend her all the time. |

Even though the title of the article mentions the film and Rami you rushed here to put it in this subforum...so it's obvious what you thought the Q+AL tour is more important than the film or even what Spike did with Queen. I think Spike has to do more with the legacy of Queen than AL could ever do. Rami is nominated for a Golden Globe that he just might win tonight, but an upcoming tour that is months away is what matters most to you. And yes, that's exactly why you posted it in here. One little sentence at the end of the article is enough for you to rush here to post about it, months before the tour starts. Proof you grab on to every little thing you can find that mentions AL and or Q+AL, and want/need to start a thread about it, while offering nothing of your own to say. And you call me dumb...oh the irony. You want to be some sort of spokesperson/manager/mother hen for all things AL and Q+AL. I hope the actual PTB behind AL and Q+AL are better at what they do than what you do. You didn't have to post the same link twice, but spam away as your usual. And yes say it's for me again to try to deflect. I will give my thoughts on the article now. I really hope Rami wins tonight, even though there is tough competition in the category. I'm glad Spike liked the biopic. I can't see a sequel to it however. I really hope Spike writes a book about his years in the business, I'd so buy it. He is one hell of an underrated musician... I take it you don't know he was in a band called The Cross with Roger Taylor for a few years? Got to say I didn't know it weren't for him, Queen wouldn't have done Live Aid. Wow. All the years I have him as a Facebook friend, and I never knew about it, pretty amazing! He should write that book. He has some great experiences for sure. |
