There are two versions. The DVD version doesn't include Q+AL footage, and the tv version includes Q+AL. Seeing the date and sinopse from the link, yes, it's just you. It IS the documentary from last year, the tv version, and was shared here at the time.

Ah, just to make it clear... is this a THIRD version? I mean Rock The World was different from the one in the boxset but... is this Rock The World doc any different from the one we all watched before?

No, it's not a third version. Check the link. It premiered 3 November 2017. It's just the already available tv version. It's normal for tv stations to repeat programs. Nothing new to see here.
