He was told that he could make it on his own. That he's the star. But he needs them and they need him. They will have a meeting and decide to split royalties and play Live Aid.
Nope. Forget about that. The big news is Mary Lambert is going on tour with Queen and Adam and will provide lead backing vocals for them, plus she'll do duets with Adam.

Ok I'm confused, I thought you were just trying a wind up in the QAL thread but why do you keep saying it now?
Because if you read Mary Lambert's latest news articles on her promotional trip to promote a new album or something, she mentions it. Queen aren't yet talking about it, because they are dealing with the film. Adam Lambert is dealing with voting. But Mary Lambert, is the one who has announced it say far.

Where's the link, not the pic you posted which wasn't saying anything? Wouldn't make any sense and why would she announce something they hadn't?
See the QE on Saturday, Newcastle city hall. - it was a high octane, full on performance with some great moments, ( Fat Bottomed Girls probably the highlight), but Alirio Netto , while having a half decent range , ain't no Marc Martel, not as polished or subtle as.
Marc needs to get back.
It says a lot that he was used in the film.

I posted a link if you look back at that thread. You can also google Mary Lambert's latest news.
I did and not a single thing came up. She has no connection to the band or Adam beyond being LGBTQ. And why on earth would Adam want to share the stage with her?
@ rockchic65 (sorry I don't know how to quote someone yet)
I went to see them last night in Liverpool and was so disappointed.
I assume quite a lot of other people were too as they left at half time and didn't come back.
Whilst Netto is not necessarily a bad singer he isn't suited to the music of Queen.
I wouldn't go to see them again whilst he is the front man.
Had a look at the latest incarnation on youtube. They are a bit too much like a hair metal band playing a Queen cover. But for a whole set. A bit too American Idol for my liking.

Yeah I've noticed a few people on facebook saying they left at half time but others were saying it was great. I guess it's all down to personal taste, I must admit I wasn't impressed with the vids on YouTube but you can't always tell from a vid.
If you want to quote someone just hover the cursor to the right of the date and time stamp and move it to the right, there should be lines show up for edit, reply and reply with quote. They aren't visible until you hover over them.
Why even have the Queen Extravaganza when Queen tour? And why do they need a few backing vocalists? Did Queen have people on stage doing backing vocals when Freddie was alive?
i was at Edinburgh for them...have to say i thought they were very good..mrs M first time seing them, she enjoyed it..full house seemed to be rocking along...i would say 8/10...some stills from my camera...2nd row dead middle...no vid security was a bit touchy..link
