It came up on the Foo Fighters Facebook feed that Roger played with them at CalJam, either yesterday or the day before. They did Under Pressure and TYMD. Pic is attached.

Cool. Thanks. They had played the parking lot at the palladium "for free" in Hollywood on Sunday, and I totally missed it :(
I was nearby too.
Haha. Guess it pays to use antisocial media SOMETIMES
Thanks for sharing the link
Actually THIS WAS THE PARKING LOT gig just off of SUNSET and VINE ....at the PALLADIUM
This was a WARM UP GIG for CALJAM (October 6& 7?)
Ir was free...oh fuck #3.... ah! I didn't know about it. Would've loved to have seen that gig. I was just at amoeba the day before (Alice in chains lp- in store signing Wednesday)
Yeeeaarrgh

This sounds Bloody awful. The Foo FighterS are the most overrated band ever. And they almost suck as much as QAL do
Is there nothing you don't piss on you talentless fuck? even in two lines you can't even construct a sentence properly Ha
It's Foo Fighters (no The)
FighterS doesn't have a capital S at the end
as and much has an extra space between the words
Bloody doesn't need a capital B
awful doesn't need a full stop after it
And your premis is bascially moronic, they are highly respected, talented musicians, but fortunately nobody goes to you for advice, comment or knowledge about anything
Now go learn how to read and write and come back when you get past 1st grade....
Interesting watching Roger play someone else's kit, much harder than you think, it's like driving someone else's car for the first time but not altering the seat

I've always said that playing someone else's drum kit is very much like driving someone else's car or sleeping with someone else's wife.....you can do it, but it just doesn't feel right!!
Ha... indeed yes, I sometimes have to play studio kits in rehearsal studios and I hate it, takes me ages to get it feeling right and sounding like I want it to
