Rami Malek kept his arm straight during that Live Aid entrance. Freddie quite noticeably bent his elbow. The scene also seems too rushed. Something that easily could have been corrected. I have a feeling I’ll hate that scene in the film forever.
This isn't a snippet "from the movie" though is it - it's a compilation someone has put on YouTube of the already publically seen filming - there's absolutely no guarantee that those weren't just run throughs and will be different in the final film (which I hope so as Ben Hardy's wig makes hi look like Rick Parfitt rather than RMT!)
And I know I'm the worst for being pedantic (correct) when it comes to the actual music content on Queen releases, but you're gonna be in for a hell of a bad time if you're thinking that something as insignificant as the degree of elbow bend on that is going to ruin the movie for you!!

That’s an epic show, Mr. Drum! That’s a legendary day.
And those are pathetic arm movements which could easily be fixed. I’m not over criticizing, that’s something that shouldn’t be overlooked. If random stuff like that wouldn’t be noticed, the movie is going to be a let down just like Queen’s ‘A-Z’ album.
Also notice how close they put the members of Queen in the preview clips?
Let’s hope it’s not released that way. “Oh, we were so close... such a close-knit bunch.”
Brian actually did confirm that these recordings from The Sun was not the actual recording. To complain about the angle of Ramis elbow is laughable. If you are that critical about every move do yourself a favour: Don't watch the movie.
A short behind the scenes video has been uploaded to YouTube. Note the set list at the 43 second mark. I'm very confused by the presence of Fat Bottomed Girls: link
