OK before I get flamed these are rumours until confirmed. My source is a friend of a friends brother who works for Phil McIntyre but is pretty low down the food chain!! Sat June 23rd - Etihad Stadium Manchester Weds June 27th - Hampden Park Glasgow Fri June 29th - Wembley Stadium London Sat June 30th - Wembley Stadium London I was also told the likely support will be Bastille & Extreme Like I say take these with a pinch of salt but heres hoping. |
Iron Butterfly 30.12.2017 20:00 |
Hmm. Why suddenly support acts to be a part of it? I find that part strange as there was no support acts in the past tours. |
Vocal harmony 30.12.2017 22:00 |
Big open air stadium gigs usually have support acts, even Queen on the Magic tour and Hot Space had supports. If these dates are real then Rich Tea's friends brothers friend might be looking for a new job on Tuesday morning when he returns to Phil McIntyre's office. Releasing dates from a secure organization is a major breach of trust for a employer but also could damage the promoter artist relationship too. |
Russian Headlong 30.12.2017 22:00 |
If they had Def Leppard and The Darkness as support that might be worth seeing.. |
oliverd05 30.12.2017 22:59 |
now that sounds amazing if its true!! praying for St James Park at Newcastle and then we'll be rocking |

I can see why Extreme would be wanted to open for the shows, that grabbed my attention right away, because I'm a big fan of theirs. If these shows do happen, could the join Brian and Roger for a song or two? That could be good. Gary can pull off a Queen song, IMO. |

well it could be done but somehow doubt it, they generated enough of an interest, but have they got the balls to do it |

Brian wanted to do the Super Bowl half time show this year but they got passed over for a repeat of Justin Timberlake. I guess the NFL doesn’t want to hear WWRY/WATC played LIVE by two of the originals! |

I seem to remember some quotes about the magic tour from 1986. Wembley stadium was planned to be their last shows, but due too the big demand of tickets and not able to held a 3rd show in wembley QP added Knebworth. |

I know many Glamberts wanted to see Q+AL to do the half time show, and voted on a poll that meant fuck all. |

See Brian tweeted "ADVANCE TO WEMBLEY STADIUM" |
Arnaldo "Ogre-" Silveira 02.01.2018 11:08 |
Rumours are also high about a possible South American tour. Brian sent a video to Freddie For A Day Brazil and finished it saying "See you soon". Argentinian fans on Facebook seem to be almost sure about a tour after the Asian dates. They also report Peruvian rumours of a gig in May. Hopes are really high!!! Bring it on!!! Cheers, Ogre- |

Why dont they play WWRY/WATC for two hours this time? That would be a real change on their setlist. Something new for Queen at last! Or maybe they should play an mp3 while they leave and have a beer. Wow, a real change on their show! Lambert has got a powerful voice so Id love to see them play Innuendo and MIH songs or even a new song, but you know... that is like waiting for a corpse to start talking. |
Mave 05.01.2018 14:20 |
>>Why dont they play WWRY/WATC for two hours this time? That would be a real change on their setlist. Something new for Queen at last! << You're the quickest complainer! Congratulations! I would like them to play my favourites; You and I, The March of the black Queen, More of that Jazz and My fairy King. If they do I am happy the only happ one in the stadium; the other 69.999 in Wembley would be staring at their smartphone. |

Maybe if these are the last shows, what remains of Queen should cater to actual fans and not just the Greatest Hits crowd who go to events just so they can post pictures on social media afterwards. |
Mave 05.01.2018 15:39 |
A real fan would understand that they play the greatest hits... |
Holly2003 05.01.2018 17:33 |
A real Queen fan or real Lambert fan? |
Mave 05.01.2018 18:49 |
Well, after 20+ Queen concerts since 1980 and owning 1000+ items you could say Im a Queen fan. One that understands what songs they play live...and doesn't complain. |
Holly2003 05.01.2018 19:49 |
Good for you. And of course everyone should be exactly like you and not have their own opinions. Got it! Anyway, you haven't yet explained why real Queen fans -- obviously a select group of clones of you -- wouldn't want to hear other songs aside from what's on Greatest Hits. |
Mave 05.01.2018 20:22 |
I didn't say I don't want to hear different songs..in fact I do. I just don't complain and don't understand why real fans do. Just enjoy an amazing night out, without bringing an It's Late banner... |
Holly2003 05.01.2018 20:43 |
So you're now the arbiter of what people should think, who is a real fan, and what banners people should bring. You should write all this down in case you forget something. |
Claudio_CQI 05.01.2018 21:05 |
I printed few A3 size banners "Pls SPREAD YOUR WINGS before IT'S LATE" in Bologna and shown em soon after LOML during the break. We've been bawled out after 15 seconds from "real fans" backward in the crowd. LOL Hope nobody complain now :-) |

Rich Tea, so where have the stadium dates gone? One O2 gig aint four outdoor shows! Now then about the bass player. . . . |

Hi guys The days the guys are supposed to play in the stadiums I will be on honey moon trip in North Europe, so I was thinking to attend the Glasgow show. Are these shows really supposed to happen? Are these rumors confirmed? I watched at the official live tour page and I did not found any link to these shows. |
Vocal harmony 05.02.2018 19:01 |
akan I think the stadium dates are purely rumour started by someone on this site. It's strange that if they are playing stadium shows they would announce an o2 arena gig in London |
