Looks like a cross between Steve Vai and Bruce Dickinson. .
..but I'm gonna guess it's that actor guy.
Why? Just why?
He's got no experience wiith the band
Wow! He is good! So much better than AL. But I guess he would not be able to fill as many seats as Adam Lambert can. (I doubt Roger and Brian can fill too many seats on their own these days). And at the end of the day, it is how many people come to hear you that counts.
Why would Brian and Roger want someone in the band who looks and sounds in anyway like Freddie. He isn't Freddie, he's not the person they both knew and would only ever be a hollow, shallow representation of the person they once shared a stage or recording studio with.
Too many fans seem to be wrapped up in having a sound alike singer. If you were RT or BM that would probably be the last sound you'd want to hear out of any current singer, and as fans what are you really looking for? Someone who you can convince yourself is as good, or just like or whatever.... The funny thing is if the band had toured with a sound alike a huge percentage of fans would be posting here saying he's good, but. . . .

A voice that isn't grating and harsh and makes me switch off as soon as he hits the high notes would be something. That's aside from how tacky Lambert looks. I could at least put up with that if the voice wasn't so grating.
Not that Queen+ activities makes much odds to me. Queen ceased to be a long time ago.
actually I find this a bit unsettling.... he's obviously been influenced by Freddie (influenced - read "carbon copies Freddie"), but the way he has modelled himself to look like Freddie is a little strange to be honest....
I don't think Queen should do an album with this guy, not because I don't think this guy isn't good (he has ability, clearly), but it would be too much like trying to replace Freddie with Freddie, and not getting it quite right. Copycat playing happens all the time across all genres. I'm sure Sebastien with his knowledge of piano playing will understand that there are literally hundreds of pianists who try to emulate Horowitz for example, and fail in the process, simply because they are not Horowitz.
There are lots of guitarists who have bought a Red Special copy and can even produce all the sounds that Brian's red special can produce, but of course they can't play like Brian, because it's impossible to play like someone else and sound like anything more than an imitation.
Holy Christ that guy is amazing!!! I would totally dig this guy joining the group!
Hey, Inu-liger! That's not logic that I accept! I definitely see a or even some studio l.p.s with various artists AND of them doing new original songs as well as new takes on songs from the QUEEN catalog! My only thing is they need to get on with it! Bring in this Angelo Palmacci!!!
