If Queen is still celebrating the 40th anniversary of the NOTW album in November and December, I think It's Late and Spread Your Wings will be back in the set list!
They were celebrating NOTW on the US tour but dropped those songs after a quarter of the dates. Why would they re introduce them, they clearly don't want to play them. In fact the previous US tour featured Now I'm Here and Love Kills, when they got to Europe/UK they dropped them in favour of a complete Greatest Hits set.
I wish they'd have the balls to play 8 NOTW songs live, they haven't and won't fit reasons that have bee discussed in depth before.
Sorry for the double post, the editing system is bollocks...
Frank was not (and will continue not to be) the star of the show. Adam certainly isn’t either, nor are Roger and Brian. Not even the little snippets of Freddie — as wonderful as they are — star the show. The true “star” is the music. Unfortunately QAL are far too entranced by the spectacle made possible by modern technology that the music selections have taken a back seat. That is not to say the show isn’t visually stunning; however it is nonetheless embarrassing for a group of this calibre.
“We could rock you, but look at Frank!”

What planet are you orbiting?
As with most large scale arena shows it's about the band, the music AND the production. Go and see what Roger Waters is presenting in arenas. Or what U2 toured with last year or Kiss or the last Motley Crüe tour.
60 seconds of a robot on two screens then an appearance of its head and then it's hand doesn't do anything to take away from what the band are doing on stage.
Of course they could tour with a minimal drum riser two lighting trusses and no video, but then with everyone else filling at least one end of an arena with everything you could possibly fit into the space provided it would take long for this thread to be about how shit or how small the show was
I think the robot is excellrnt and they should celebrate the 40th anniversary of NOTW by adding It’s Late and Spread Your Wings back into the Set List!

You've just gone round in a complete circle. You made the point first time.
I know there are some devoted Adam/Queen fans who will be at the Europe.and UK shows because they follow them all over the world!
Does anyone know why they play “I Was Born To Love You” only in Japan? I love that song!
