After taking a look at it for years, this time was the right time. The time I finally knew what to do with it to make it look better. So there, experience helps. Anyway, this video is awfully inconsistent. Brightness changes, colour tint changes. Sometimes changing on shot by shot (angle change) basis. Required lots of manual colour correction, roughly tweaked for the whole concert. Basically what I did with Montreal but more crude and much less thorough so more than some shots probably slipped through because it would have taken ages otherwise. * Bright halo outline removed * More depth and detail brought out * Some colour correction * Overall clean up pass * Added DJ Greg's audio remaster so big thanks goes out to him! Also thanks to Jordan and Simon for being helpful on this project and others. Special thanks to DJ Greg, hopefully he won't mind me using his audio. I tried to re-mux it. The video stops during Brian's solo in WWRY and then jumps to the stage lights going up. Which means that even for mkvextract the few seconds of the video stream were not decodable |

Unniendo. Extract the Flac with MkvExtract tool and convert it to ac3. Then mux it to video with MKVToolNix GUI. That's it. Why do you want to do it though? Reduce file size? |

Anyway, I took the liberty to use his audio and combined it with my best effort as far as image. At the end depends on what you prefer. You can compare all versions and find out. |

Original PAL DVD shared by YourValentine in 2007. I believe most if not all other versions have been made from that one, which is essentially the best source. Certainly the closest rip from the original VHS as we'll get according to Pittrek who's pretty hands on as far as sources. |

Luca, Source is DVD MPEG-2 stream, but it was encoded in different more modern video format after restoration. You can't author a DVD-V from this MKV because you need MPEG-2 format video stream to do it. |
