Nothing big to note. Watched the film last night. ..it was enjoyable as far as biographies go..m.and of course it turned a bit sad and distressing. However it was informative.
Credibility is make or break on viewer ship.
Particularly regarding one of the biggest primary sources: the old bodyguard.
Some insightful stuff, and some surprising hair raising moments for me.
Also Rudi at the 52 minute mark. I'm guessing he'd been one of the original documentarians....for a seemingly scrapped tour documentary that shows some incredibly candid moments.
Some shots seemed impractical. ..like how would someone get authorization to film Whitney looking distressed and forlorn immediately after a performance. I'd have said GET THAT FUCKING CAMERA AWAY FROM MY FACE. ..hell she was even changing.
Anyways. ..he's listed as a co producer i think. Only mentioned for his torpedo twins connection
Actually. I think Rudi's involvement came from a 99' tour documentary that was most likely scrapped. It was likely them filming most of the primary material here. I think his involvement is as a source of material. It was put together by others. I'm not privy to that right now but it's not bad at all.....*(except for the very grim result)
