I saw it posted on facebook that they are performing Thursday night on the show. However, the programing on the channel guide says its happening Friday night. Does anyone know which is accurate? Regardless, I think its brilliant to be appearing on national tv to promote the tour. Why they never did this during the '06 or '14 US tours makes no sense. So what do you think they'll perform? They are saying its one of Jimmy's 'Mini concerts' performed outdoors on Hollywood Blvd. or something. TYMD, TSMGO, WWRY/WATC? Lets hope everyone is in top form & just blows everyone away! |

Sheee-it I'm not very far from there. I could take off work and catch it live. Has it already been filmed? |
matt z 21.06.2017 09:07 |
link SO i went to 1iota.com the Jimmy Kimmel site and requested two tickets. This is just for a wait list and queue. Apparently they'll notify via email about whether the tickets are available or maxed out But the event CURRENTLY says "AVAILABLE" on the Jimmy Kimmel live site. Anybody else going to try? It'd take me about an hour to get there so i may have to request early leave tomorrow. Easy access from the red line subway station to HOLLYWOOD/HIGHLAND no parking necessary and skip the traffic SCHEDULED TO SHOOT 5:45PM Thursday |

Why promote a tour that has virtually sold out? |

Probably because many tickets aren't in fact sold but held by ticketing agencies and listed as sold pending liquidation? That's why I can almost never get a front row ticket to the bowl (*not that I'd want to for most events; it's just not possible - I've tried.) Even during "presale" some tickets and sections are already INITIALLY listed as sold |

Bad news. Had to check my recorder into a local hotel. $5 I tried to explain the "complexities" of MY sound recording versus someone's I phone. Either way. Check YouTube. Somebody will doubtlessly record it |

The show will be broadcast Thursday night in the U.S. 11:35PM East Coast, meaning early Friday morning in Europe. The CBS website shows the tv schedule according to your local time, not U.S.A. time. So, if you are in the U.K., it will be on in just a couple of hours, at 4:35am, meaning that it's already Friday here (i'm not in the U.K., i'm in Portugal, we share the same time) so that's why if you go to cbs.com it shows Friday, it's already past midnight. |

IWIA DSMN, NEW SONG? , CLTCL that was all. I want it all was pretty awesome. Dsmn was pretty slow tempo. The new song (*or song i don't know) was dedicated to Freddie ....something about "if you don't believe what I'm giving is love; i don't give two fucks." It was theatrical and funny. Also the same song rehearsed prior. |
Wiley 22.06.2017 20:24 |
What's that song they're playing now? They played it in the rehearsal also but I don't know it... |
scottmax 22.06.2017 20:26 |
I've no idea. Listening to it on the audio stream, they sound very tight...... |
Wiley 22.06.2017 20:43 |
Sounds familiar? link It's a song from Adam Lambert's new album, due a few days from now. Sounds cool. Hopefully a cover rather than a collaboration... although the song sound a bit 'mock-majestic' and Queenesque (well, Brian and Roger were playing it, but still...) |
Wiley 22.06.2017 20:46 |
Then again, if it's a collaboration and it features on Adam's album is much less controversial than them releasing a "Queen + Adam Lambert" studio album, I guess. It's catchy, I'll give them that :). |
scottmax 22.06.2017 20:47 |
They'll probably be on the studio version |
matt z 22.06.2017 20:54 |
Audio stream? Did someone record it? I'll post a most likely horribly boomy video shortly. Maybe it could be synced with the great video editor's here |

I'll probably get flack from drjones for this, but did anyone else notice that the NOTW tour drumhead is back? |
scottmax 22.06.2017 21:38 |
Might not be the same song but Adams twitter page has the preview of a song on there and there's a small clip featuring the sounds of a certain guitar played by a certain guitar player....... |
Rich Tea 22.06.2017 21:42 |
Looks like they do have something to promote then! Great to see the same Drum head being used as the first time I saw Queen December can't come soon enough now enjoy the show all you lucky Americans.... |
Wiley 22.06.2017 21:50 |
It is the same song. There is another clip on Adam Lambert's page that has vocals and you can hear it clearly. That's probably the lead single from his new album. |
scottmax 22.06.2017 23:18 |
So it's called TwoFux...... link |

Just saw I want it All on the late night taping, They sound fantastic and Brian nailed that solo. I thought they were going to cut it short before they went into the fast bit... but oh no... they didn't. can't wait to see in Montreal in a few weeks!! |

Very tight playing - pretty fricking amazing, particularly from Brian. TwoFux is likeable but just as unlikeable - I'm ambivalent. They've been rehearsing hard, clearly, oiling up the Queen Machine! |

Queen looked properly reduced to AL's backing band on "Two Fucks" (Which is an ok pop song btw, just doesn't fit Queen. Brought back memories of "Hot Space" to me). |

It's ONLY in times like this that i wish my paranoia about phones wasn't so bad that I'd actually upgraded for once. ONLY in times like these. Otherwise it's practically a dna sample, your email your contacts, your first born, your religion, stool sample, SPERM SAMPLE and undying faith and your direction that's requested from New phone accounts |

How things can change... |

IWIA came across really well on TV. Sound was excellent. Sometimes on Kimmel when they do the outdoor thing it doesn't sound great. Saw Two Fux on You tube from someones phone. I liked it. Not sure I've ever said that about an AL song before, though I really liked what Brian did to Ghost Town at Rock in Rio. Still loving AL with the band, his solo stuff is meh, but he's a fine front man for Brian and Roger. I see them in three and a half weeks and I'm going to try and avoid the set lists but I don't know if I'm mentally able to restrain myself from looking. |
