Uploaded a screenshot, not sure if it'll show in the post- it's Adam's new spotify playlist, "queen".
Could it be for the new tour? It agrees with our knowledge that more songs from News Of The World might make appearances in the setlist, yeah...?
Geez. I never thought to compare them. ....but "THE WHO" really hold up as a band. ....even despite losing Entwistle at this point. They still ROCK and do their songs at the proper KEY and TEMPO. .
Amazing. Seen em with and after John.
Wasn't born when Keith was around. Ditto kenny's tour up until Montreal or so. Pete disappeared into theater crap for a while until reemerging with Psychoderelict after the first string of albums and scoops
I have a feeling "It's Late" is definitely going to appear. They made a point of changing the setlist a little this time round, "It's Late" is a fan favourite and they know it and Brian wrote it, so here you are. Wouldn't bet on anything else though.
Yeah....but wasn't this one of those songs that "we" all agreed Roger could no longer perform? It's a damn great favorite of mine in like 3 acts but all that drumming and those massive flams at the end....i just don't see it.
Never mind the boyish voice trying to do rock....which may well ruin it :-/
Roger's son will help him out. Roger just needs to be there to justify using the Queen name. AL - well, we just need to wait and see. I'd rather he didn't ruin it, as I still get shivers when I recall PR singing "Break Free", for example.
I'm crossing my fingers for It's Late, and gosh, with 2 drummers, Rog' being one... it could definitely work! Get Down Make Love - bring it back! cool guitar stuff in the middle, hopefully... Spread Your Wings, not sure I ever heard that live (wasn't it dropped by the Game tour?) so I'd love to hear it. Sweet song.

Spread Your Wings was added to the set for the NOTW world tour and was still being played during the 79 Crazy Tour. It also featured on Live Killers

Yes, you're right of course, I didn't express my point clearly. I saw them for the first time on the 1980 US tour, but I believe they had already dropped that song from the setlist, is what I meant to say . I like the Live Killers recording... So because I had hoped to hear it on that tour, it would be a treat to hear it now. But given the choice, OMG, IT'S LATE, BUT NOT TOO LATE TO PLAY IT'S LATE!!! PLEASE!!!
