Fate being the development of events outside a person's control, regarded as predetermined by a supernatural power.
Tenement Funster in the sense that your life is laid out for you (lack of money/opportunity) and that there is little hope of escape. on the other hand, I may be misinterpreting and be totally full of shit :)
