Interesting, would love to hear a new source... For comedic purposes! :D
Jk, there are some great moments in this show and I'd love for a Mr Peach recording to emerge! :)

Did they filmed the whole concert? I hope QP have full video because I would love to watch it someday! I love this show. Freddie's voice is pretty unstable but overall he is in very good shape. Calling All Girls is absolutely perfect! It's my favorite live rendition of any Hot Space song they ever played. Well, apart from GregSynth's rendition of Body Language! CLTCL is wonderful. It seems like the band was having a fun that day knowing it was the very last concert of the exhausting tour.
I'd also really like to hear that new source. Totally adore this show and would love to see the complete video. Wouldn't mind a rerelease of Milton Keynes with this COMPLETE show as a bonus.

Brian May stated on his soapbox that they had no other footage than the content of VHS/LD.
But of course they do had the audio mastertapes as some of the 2011 remasters bonus tracks proved.

And of course, Rock Montreal.
Or are you implying some of the bonus tracks are different from the DVDs?
You guys are talking about 2 different shows :-)
All the unused footage from Montreal 81 was discarded (incredible but true).
As for the Seibu Lions Stadium '82 show, I think all footage should exist. In 2004 they couldn't locate it in time which doesn't mean it doesn't exist...
For some reason QPL always have trouble locating stuff and remembering what they have (despite having an archivist archiving all this (or what does an archivist do??) :-) :-)
Remember how - officially - only highlights of the first show existed when they first issued Wembley 86 on DVD in 2003. And then in 2011 suddenly the entire show was released...
It's sad but true but from time to time we are lied to because of commercial purposes...
Let's just hope they have Rainbow March 74 38 minutes of footage and just keep this for a rerelease in 2024 or 2034 "when this footage - thought to have been wiped - was recently found" LOL

Yup, you're right - we were talking about two different shows.
They certainly they have the full audio of the show on 24 or 32 track, and maybe the full video too. I'd love to see the video of Calling All Girls - too bad that wasn't included as an extra.
