I suppose most of you doesnt even know a singer from Poland Mateusz Ziólko, he sings perfectly, he has a amazing range probably better range than Mercury used to have.
Actually he is 31 years old, he likes very much sing Queen songs and he does it great.
Theres no even comparision beetwen Mateusz Ziólko and Adam Lambert, Mateusz Ziólko has a voice like no one else on earth have. Just look those songs i will paste here: link link link
Finally look how he sang the Queen song Who wants to live forever : link link
Look at my first link to song by him Earth Song, when he sings high parts of song with horseaness it looks like Mercury sing this, this is how it reminds me
I know him because I'm from Poland :)
I heard many positive words about him but I personally never really listened to him.
My friend who was at Michael Jackson Symfonicznie ("Symphonic" in English) gig told me he was great.
If you say only good but no great just listen to his own song How to win : link
Most focus at the end of the song, when i heard this end i thought Freddie Mercury voice similarity
Better range than Mercury.... I disagree. Also... again, the same case is with Adam Lambert's voice... When compared to Freddie it sounds "thin", one of the great qualities of Freddie's voice (what is hardly even said) is that it has manliness in it. I cannot explain it better, really.
Mateusz has talent I don't deny it, but he has still a long way to go to be technically where Freddie was at his peak. Mateusz's cover of Bohemian Rhapsody shows it very much. Only the first verse is so-so, the rest is average at most and he failed at delivering that song with respect to the original (high notes, phrasing, overall feel of the tempo - and "new" Freddie Mercury would respect that!).
Final note... please don't call the guy and promote him as "the new Freddie Mercury". It does him more harm than good.
This guy gets close - but he's still no Freddie. Nobody is.
That's the best part.
There are soundalikes for literally every other rock singer, but nobody can do Freddie with as much versatility.
Even if this guy completely nailed Who Wants To Live Forever (he certainly gets closer than most), he wouldn't be able to do White Man and My Fairy King.
Nothing special, heehhehehh you might be totally joking, just look this especially high notes : link
At this moment he is the best singer on whole earth,
I agree the Bohemian Rhapsody cover is no very good but the rest is amazing.
He has a range ,a unique tone of voice, technique maybe better than Freddie.
"Better range than Mercury.... I disagree."
He has at least the same voice range as Mercury had. Theres only one thing that i more like in Freddie Mercury is a colour of voice. Mercury simply had a better more beautiful tone of voice.

Sweeping statements...
Have you heard every singer on Earth? Or every singer on YouTube even? And singers have to be categorised - he's a pop singer. Can't be compared to a tenor, for instance.
That talking has no sense because maybe in for example XV century there were living people which had better voice than Mercury or Ziólko. We cant check this out.
I know many good singers and my favourite is Freddie Mercury, but i see Mateusz Ziólko is now at least the best singer in Poland. He is amazing.
Look this polish song cover by Czeslaw Niemen, especially high notes : www.youtube.com/watch?v=i2JXS8CXk_I link
He sounds amazing. He obviously loves Queen and gives it his all. There are similarities to Freddie, but comparing him is daft. Let him be who he is. I disagree with the "meh" type comments.
^ that's excellent.
Of course, derivative - but it's so obviously good and well thought out. Even the guitars and drums are crafted with awareness of the Queen sound, yet it doesn't come off nearly as contrived as Valencia - this guy still retains his own identity.
Someone should send this to Brian. He's not going to get a record deal, but a shout-out on Brian's soapbox could do him a lot of good.
