I remember going to a Detroit Tiger opener in '93, listening to WRIF (Baby!) once in the city limits. Cruising on I94 at about 60 MPH, BoRhap comes on, we all start headbanging, and the car next ot us is doing the same.

No drives under 65 MPH in Detroit (at least not in the suburbs).
