So in the States after someone has been gone for so long, medical records can be opened. Is it the same way in the U.K.? Does anyone even know where Freddie's medical records are? I'm sure some of his doctors are gone now but the medical records must have been passed on to someone else. That would sure end all the guessing games. Just a thought
I see it, a newbie...
Hi Im queenfan, and i want to know everything about Freddie in 1991, fuck the rest of the band, I only want to seee a dying man,.
For the sake of completeness...
In late 91'or 92'a few "Magazines" claimed that part of his medical records had leaked. I saw a cover shot of his file ( not sure if legit or not)
I'am not willing to elaborate any further.
I can't imagine what sort of a morbid rubbernecking freak would want to read Freddie's medical records. Go masturbate to some corpses or something, weirdo.
It is not permitted here but there are some states who do this on request. You can go to on the following website https://www.weednews.co/marijuana-legality-states-map/ to see if your state is one of the state that allows it.
Ok, so a guy just asked a slightly nosy question and he/she was almost eaten alive. However, had anyone actually shared Freddie's medical records in Announce section here, I bet you it would be one of the most often downloaded files on this page, ever. Just chill.
Freddie's medical records would have been destroyed ten years after his death, possibly even before then. There was no inquest and no reason to doubt what happened with him. His GP was private, so they wouldn't even be on file with the NHS, and they wouldn't be on file by now anyway even if they were.
I can't really imagine that they'd make for interesting reading. Peter Freestone and Jim Hutton both shared quite a lot of very private information on Freddie's condition. I'd go as far as to say they shared too much, actually, but obviously there's a need in people to know this stuff..... (hence this thread). Buying Jim's book and Peter's book on Freddie will tell you as much as you need to know. You could also google AIDS or watch documentaries about the early days of AIDS if you want to know more.
Otherwise just enjoy the music, it doesn't do you good to fill yourself up with too much negativity, and I don't think Freddie would particularly want us obsessing over this.
Somebody to love: the life, death and legacy of Freddie Mercury has a huge amount of info on what he went through and also on AIDS in general.
The thing about AIDS is that it tends to progress in a very predictable way if left without treatment so it wouldn't take a genius to know what Freddie went through, even in the absence of any info specific to him.
There are many people who have the medical record to the Govt they find some benefit from their govt in financially. They find the walk in doctor nyc who has the record and govt paid them if they have any dangerous disease.
