So we are at least getting Queen on Air this year
Really? Source please?
You could always email the website that's linked at the top of the page and ask what their source was if you doubt it. I can't see why they'd have it listed if it wasn't true (regarding GH, GH2 and Queen On Air being listed as upcoming vinyl releases on the 4th of November).
Edit: I just emailed them to enquire.

The poster stated we were definitely getting something called 'Queen on Air' and it was going to be 'this year'. All I can see is Brian May talking about something with a working title. This is why Queen fans get so carried away and it becomes embarrassing..

"Queen on Air" is what's listed on that website, as well as Greatest Hits, and Greatest Hits 2.
Here's the email I got back from them (names taken out for privacy reasons!)....
Hi,
The release dates are taken from a newsletter from Universal Music, so it should be reliable.
However, these dates are subject to potentiel changes of course.
Hope this answers your question - if not, feel free to fire away... :-)
Have a great evening.

I am so frickin' excited

They've always been on vinyl
That's true, but mint copies can go for ridiculous prices.
There's only one 'mint' copy of Greatest Hits 2 on Discogs at the moment, and it's going for £115.24.
I always thought it was a little odd how those two - in particular the first of the two, hadn't been reissued on vinyl, what with the vinyl resurgence going on.
I have to say that Queen can do as many re-releases as they like each year on the condition that THEY do not constitute any particular years "main release".
If all we got this year was the coloured FM vinyls and the GH vinyls, I'd be extremely disappointed.
Why do they constantly re-issue the albums? What about the video? God knows they need to re-do GVH1 and 2 in 4:3 OAR and possibly do a 'SD blu tay version like they did so well with Rainbow and Odeon and actually release GVH3!
