Hi
I have what appears to be a Greek edition of the 1st album (on vinyl) - it has Greek label info on the back of the LP cover.
I don't know if it's an original 1973 edition or a later reprint though from memory the original date is the only ones on the disc or sleeve so nothing obvious to intimate a reprint. it has the standard pic sleeve (I need to dig it out to check for any subtle differences there may be in colour or layout, and any other info). I've never played the vinyl but I picked it up secondhand so I doubt it is 'virgin'.
Before I bother looking any further, is a Greek pressing a common edition? I've never seen much touted around from that part of the world, especially really early stuff.
Cheers
As far as I know, most Greek LPs do not have much more value than other countries releases. There are few exceptions: there's a green sleeve Queen II that is interesting and two promo lps of AKOM and Live Magic that have songs written in Greek on the sleeve and labels. I have the Live Magic promo, I must say it is quite fun, the songs on the sleeve and labels are not translated in Greek but all the letters are in Greek.
Quite common, and not particularly valuable. I believe it's a re-issue from the early 80's. If you can give the number of the dead wax, it should be easy enough to confirm.
