No need - it actually worked at the show, as it's heard on the audience recordings. For some reason it just wasn't captured on the video feed.

If they do not have the Knebworth Video (I would not doubt them) they could still release a '30 years of Magic' package with recordings and videos from all over the tour. There must be plenty of Video snippets and some more concert recordings in the vaults. Maybe the would link it with a new release of Live Magic.

One of the 3 show at the Empire Pool of London in May 78? Doesn't it sound strange they haven't filmed or recorded at least one of those show?

And this year the soundcheck, it seems every year they're also releasing an unknown gem. So yeah, one way or another, we'll have to wait and see the turn of events. I already said this, but this is a good decade to be a Queen fan :)
