28.09.2015 13:29 Thanks!
Slightly frustrating that it goes out of sync in a couple of places, but great to hear the backing vocals clearly for once live!!

They obviously did at least two takes for the song, one for the close-up shots and one for the wider shots. That's why there are some differences between the sound and the video.

The best? Definitely not. But it's one of the better looking sources

So you have a better source to share?

30.09.2015 10:23 I think even the version brian's wig shared is better but that's of course a very subjective thing to say.
Ghostwithasmile is BACK!
30.09.2015 11:14 Best or not the best ...whatever.... It looks good.
But on Queenlive.ca is stated this comes from ITV's Southbank show.
Can anyone confirm this is correct ? I always thought this was a BBC broadcast

30.09.2015 11:26 It's not a confirmation but Queenpedia.com also claimed it.

30.09.2015 14:16 Thank you Zippo for bringing this to my attention, and Brian's Wigs for sharing the file. And thanks for the original uploader.
This is a great video, and a great performance of CLTCL by the band.
I absolutely love John Deacon's bass tone on the 79 UK tour. And he was so spot on on his playing. Genius!

Well. I made this file back in 2011 from a tape I've had for nigh on 20 years and I used the information to hand.
I always tend to add captions at the start of my video clips so that the clip itself is labelled rather than relying on a file name.
If anyone knows any better, the information is ALWAYS welcome.
