looking in the old stuff about Queen, I found this paperbag, gaven to me when I bought in 1987 (approximately) a pair of Wrangler jeans. do you have other advertising material with the Queen as a guest ?
Finally! I can be proud that I'd downgraded from LEVI'S to WRANGLER this last impecunious year!
I can see the silver lining!!
... I have no tie ins. Just a Xerox from one of Brian's BOOK SOUP signing appearances (he's listed as "BRAIN" May) and a snippet of paper that was handed out before the "WRITTEN IN THE STARS" event on Hollywood boulevard at the now defunct Club Ivar.....
I wasn't yet 21... I'll always regret not trying to sneak in. I wonder if they admitted "minors"..... aghh.... one of four regrets in life.
not bad......just four.
I guess that would depend on what the other three are. I mean, if one of them is "with hindsight, I probably shouldn't have murdered three dozen random people" or "I wish I hadn't fallen asleep at the helm of the MV Tasman Spirit back in 2003" you don't need any others...
Having said that, if "I wish I'd have snuck into a club for a special event before I was of age" is the biggest of the bunch, I consider you a very lucky man.
Nah. I just have poor judgement. You should have SEEN the last girlfriend I got involved with.
ZING! take THAT. ... ME!
Nah I never said it was the biggest
Anyways. Can't hijack the thread. I wasn't aware that Queen had been used in physical advertising...
I would have expected some sort of endorsement ads from the 80's featuring CHAMPION clothing. I never bothered to notice which jeans Fred would wear. ... just not my thing

That bag's so cool, and in very good condition too. Good thing you kept it.
