Since it's Ale Solan saying Yikes, I guess it's like "YIKES GET THIS SHIT OUT OF HERE HELP ME PLEASE MAMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"
(I liked the song. u_u)

You liked it because you're deaf.
I still love you. (?)
I absolutely hated the album version of the song, as soon as the "electronic noise" kicked in I had to turn it off. But the live version is OK, I'm still not a fan but at least I'm able to listen to the whole thing

While the studio version of the song actually has some personality, this one doesn't work for me.
HUH?????
Are you kidding?
Brian has proved once again that if you add his guitar to someone else's song, it takes that song up a level or two!
It's a crap song with repetitive lyrics, but it's nice to hear Brian's guitar on something new and NOT sounding like he's got arthritis.
:)
I'm deadly serious. It's nice to hear Brian playing the guitar of course - that's not what I'm talking about.
Pretty much the only thing the song had to start with was the atmosphere, the airy feel that allowed Lambert's vocals to cut through. That's completely gone in the live version - so what's left? A half-arsed attempt to "rock it up" à la Queen, but because we're spoilt with the guys playing (mostly) well written songs for us, it sounds rather bland in comparison.
i gotta be honest, i love this version, Brian's playing is top notch on this song as it was all evening it has to be said!! the fact the Brazilians seemed to really like it is a great thing... i think! and also shows how gracious Brian and Roger are that they would want to perform an unknown and put the Queen Stamp on it! I'm all for it if I'm honest
i just wish a full bootleg from last night creeped out the woodwork so we could all enjoy the bands first night back in South America, to the max!

Adam gets 1 song out of 28 performed and you are calling Brian and Roger gracious?
I'm not an Adam Lambert fan but I think Brian and Roger should be lucky to have him as a singer.

Someone posted this on facebook and I grabbed it right up, so I figured I might as well post it here as well. I love this version :D
First Queen + Adam Lambert performance I like.
Maybe because it's not a Queen song.
During the Q+PR tour I prefered the Paul Rodgers songs + new material as well.
