The quality isn't particularly great for the first few songs, but by Somebody To Love the taper makes an adjustment and the sound is very nice and clear (and in stereo). It remains steady until the encores, where the quality and tape speed begin to fluctuate. I speed corrected everything as best as I could.
There are many little cuts in the tape at the beginnings of songs or between songs, and all were edited digitally somewhere down the line. An unedited copy of the tape has never been found.
This is actually a great, overlooked show. Well worth a listen.
Thanks to JuMeteor for providing a copy that fills in a couple small gaps in the previous version (at the beginnings of White Queen and Somebody To Love).

Enjoy, and keep it lossless!
Listened to my old cdrs. I have just compared White Queen on both copies. There's a clear cut at the beginning of the copy shared here but mine seems complete. Mine might sound a bit worse and run a bit too fast but it seems more complete than yours.

OK folks, here's the fix for tracks 2-4 of disc 1. Just replace those three tracks on the original version with these, and you're good to go. link
Thanks to JuMeteor for providing the more complete version !
A true gem, this show. Thanks a lot for sharing!
Both Freddie and the rest of the band sound nothing short of breathtaking during White Man. The wall of sound combined with Freddie's powerful singing (with wonderful timbre of his voice) is beyond impressive. This show makes me hope EVEN MORE that one day we'll be able to hear the second Earls Court night in its full glory (they have the multitrack and from the bits we've heard from the second night I'd say it's way better than the first ('39 is so great for example)
