Queens first performance in Kobe april 23rd 1975.
One of the first Queen bootlegs on vinyl was released back in early 1976. Named Queen Live in Kove/Kobe. The original vinyls were later rereleased. The only way to disguinish these is that the original release from 1976 was pressed on black vinyl (the rereleases were pressed on black vinyl but also on coloured vinyl) with a black and white label. The only original releases were on the balck./white label. In 1993 there were many Dutch rereleases of this bootleg from japan. All show worsen quality.
The download files 16 and 24 bit will feature both 2 seperate flac tracks each. So Side 1 of the and Side 2 of the vinyl.
The original vinal contains :
Side White :
Procession Now I'm Here Ogre Battle White Queen Flick Of The Wrist
Side Black :
Doing All Right Seven Seas Of Rhye Stone Cold Crazy In The Lap Of The Gods Killer Queen The March Of The Black Queen Bring Back That Leroy Brown
Here is a transfer to the original release form 1976 with the b/w labels :
24 bit download : http://we.tl/8rxVtMSVQV
Here is the link to the 16 bit transfer : http://we.tl/xOWF8r9THP
Linaege 24 bit : Original 1976 vinyl bootleg (1976) > 24 bit capture> wav > flac
Linaege 16 bit : Original 1976 vinyl bootleg (1976) > 24 bit capture>Downscaled to 16bit wav > flac
In 1996 H-Bomb label released their first and untill know onlly Queen bootleg named KILLER QUEEN (HBM 9508) . |This is a second and differnt recording as the vinyl. This is the better sounding bootleg to my ears. But of course beaty lies in the eyes of the beholder.
The tracklist of the cd is :
Procession
Now I'm Here
Ogre Battle
Father To Son
White Queen
Flick Of The Wrist
Doing Alright
Medley: In The Lap Of The Gods
Killer Queen
The March Of The Black Queen
Bring Back That Leroy Brown
Son And Daughter
Keep Yourself Alive
Seven Seas Of Rhye
Stone Cold Crazy
Liar
This one features extra tracks and again is a different source.
The download below is a rip of the cd : Linaege : Hbomb musix HBM 9508 cd rip to WAV to FLAC. Later Wardour rereleased this VERY SOURCE ! on a cd named Dressed to Kill (wardour 033) in april 2006. This is 100% the same source as the Hbomb, but Wardour used a different EQ, or used a expander to the orignal cd. So I will leave out this cd. Because it is a processed source of the Hbomb release.
The original 1996 Hbomb music cd can be downloaded though this link : http://we.tl/dZnEoFycv4
2 questions for you all :
1 Could someone make the ultimate merge of this : so fill in gaps, speed correction, correct order (LP), merge these sources where needed etc.
2 Question 2 and this is a personal thing : when I was younger and got the cd I always thought there was a "bird"close to the taper. I hear on various account a sound (and that is very clear) which makes me think this is somekind of bird (before the funmaking starts , I am not drunk at this moment). If it is not a bird then what is what makes the squeeking sound ?
Final note : a very big thank you for Wer-Al_Zwore for making this transfer at your studio, thanks mate all credits to you.
Stay tuned for more shares.
Thank you for sharing, and for your effort in making this the best it can be - like you usually do with your shares.
I'm listening to "White Queen" as i type this, and ... OH boy! - So beautiful!
I never get tired of it.
Thanks again.
Thanks for the share Sikke, also thanks for the reshare Bob. I have missed this topic that time (a month ago) and all wetransfer links are dead. Is it possible to re-upload also the 24 bit transfer and the 1996 Hbomb music cd ?
Thanks in advance.
