I just saw this posted today on Brian's soapbox:

FAR SIDE OF THE MOORE
Brian recording a video with Kerry Ellis for new track, from this morning A new DVD and/or blu-ray release of Brian May Band "Live At Brixton" should be available sometime this year.
This news is a bit hidden as it does not have its own entry.
That would be nice, especially if he pays some royalties and releases it unedited.
SD BD please. No more low res, dodgy coloured NTSC mpeg2, thank you.
Ooh, wonderful. If I remember correctly, either the CD or video cuts out most of his dialogue between songs, while the other keeps it mostly intact - I don't remember which does which, though. Either way, I hope this release has all the dialogue, and as others have said, 'God' reinstated.
Alas, I doubt there's much chance of the latter happening - in addition to royalty payments, his rendition of the song reflects his attitude at the time of Queen being over, and him needing to somehow find his way alone. That's virtually the opposite of his stance on Queen related activity now, so he may not feel particularly strongly about releasing that song.
That would be fantastic!
Live at Brixton is one of a handfull of VHS tapes I still
have.
Would be great if he would pair it with the Royal Albert Hall gig from '98...dreaming...
Surprised that this might be happening. Not exactly something the world is waiting for. Let's hope it will be uncut and includes bonusmaterial like the November 1992 gig in (I think) Rio which was professionally recorded!

Barcelona was recorded too. But i rather have one show of that tour (Brixton) and another from a different tour, like Royal Albert Hall.
My only complain with Brixton is Last Horizon, which seems like a shortened version.

Not just Rio. Santiago de Chile and 2nd Buenos Aires show were professionally recorded too.
Great news!!
As far as God (The Dream Is Over)… I thought it wasn't included because it couldn't be cleared (that damn Japanese woman!!) rather than QP not paying royalties?!
