In 1977 he did it at most shows.
Maybe a silly inside joke? Who knows.
There was an unpleasant misunderstanding about Brian's education. Roger thought he was a med-school drop out who was practicing nonetheless, so he called him a quack.
Seriously, a topic this silly doesn't deserve a better joke as a response.
