Well with the announcement by Toho that they're starting another new Godzilla series as well as Legendary Picture's trilogy, I figured I'd make a thread to discuss anything related to The King of the Monsters as well as others like Gamera (who also has a new movie on the way next year). I've loved giant monsters for as long as I can remember and I'd love to share that love with anyone else here!
I used to watch lots of them on TV. Japanese shows were really popular when I was a kid, I remember many of them, sadly I cant remember the name of many of them.
One of the few I remember are:
Giant Robo
Ambassador Magma (Goldar, in Spanish)
Kosoku Esper (Esper in spanish)
Captain Ultra

And many, many other japanese shows and movies, including anime, tv series, movies, music etc
