I don't think so. At least Queen never wanted to put any cover in the albums. They only recorded a bit of ''New York'' for Highlander and maybe a medley in the early days, that's all.
They did Imagine live with Freddie when Lennon was murdered and with Paul in Hyde Park. If anything, maybe they did a cover with Rodgers, at the same time of ''Runaway''.
That and SOUVENIR .... which has STILL never been released.
Kinda hoped they'd have thrown the fans a bone and put it out by now. Expected way too much from the QF hype.
If Brian's recorded bits for BBC's version of God only knows then maybe on one of johns anniversaries there'll be another collaborative effort
VOCAL HARMONY: You are getting very pathetic mate, i do not care of your opinions either,
so get back under your rock where you belong!
If you cannot write a civil message then stop wasting space on the threads.
Quite frankly i do not give a shit what you think, so get lost.

"Souvenir" was never recorded. GT looked into it a while ago.
Thanks for letting me know about that. I'd always hung onto the idea that it was recorded.
Imagine would be great if Brian and Roger recorded it. I think it would be evidence of the crappy music era we're in if it were oversung to tastelessness by Adam.
No offense but everybody knows that.
Couldn't be worse than that version recorded by a perfect circle/tool er whatever
FFS, IMHO Freddie Mercury is the greatest singer in rock history by a country mile. He could not have done a better version of Imagine than John Lennon did in a million years. According to some people on this forum, Adam Lambert is a better singer (at least live, pardon me for throwing up in my mouth) than Freddie Mercury. Who believes that AL could do a better version of Bohemian Rhapsody than Freddie Mercury did? Singing isn't hitting notes. It's emoting and selling the story of the song. Brian has a vulnerability that lends itself to Long Away, 39, Leaving Home Ain't Easy that would have destroyed the songs if Freddie sang them. Again, Neil Young has more displayed more emotion in one verse than I've heard from Adam Lambert in his life, and he's not in the same universe as a singer.
Well they could restore what was recorded on that show and release it but I think that getting it out (copyright, Lennon estate, P. McCartney) would be even harder than releasing the MJ duets.
I would absolutely love it if they'd do that.
But I don't think they well. I don't think Brian and Roger are going to go into the recording studio together as Queen ever again, to be honest. Unless they're going to "fix up" some old Freddie tracks, or do a one-off with Adam Lambert.
But not just the two of them, unfortunately.
Well, I think Imagine's meaning resonates a bit more today than Shake Rattle and Roll's! But you're right, they've never done a studio cover of anything, and the chances of it happening now are only decreased since they're very unlikely to head into the studio as just the two of them.
