Why do some companies mandate applicants to take personality tests? Are they basing their decision to hire on the personality test results? If so, I don't think it's fair.
I'm guessing the testing can determine how submissive a person is?
I don't know. It's not like the old days. The testing might narrow down the pool of applicants?
I've never done hiring based upon testing so I don't really know. That's more of a corporation type thing
As much research on MBTI as I did because of a college class I was taking more people than not say they don't feel it's even accurate and seeing as how the assessment is based on Carl Jung's thoughts and concepts who doesn't live in our current society nor does he have to deal with our current ignorant people that may make us less extroverted than we really are...but that's just my opinion lol
