I do not post here much these days but my word this deserves a post. Surprisingly received the Deluxe box-set of The Rainbow this morning and I have now listened to both CD'S, Blu-ray and DVD. I will not bore you with a long review but quite simply the best Queen release to date... ABSOLUTELY FREAKING AWESOME!!! |

Hi, I recieved the DVD and Double CD from my kids for father's day (awww!). I couldn't beleive the superb quality of the March concert which we played in the car VERY loudly. It is just an awesome release. They all were great, but Roger is just a drumming animal, so dexterous and stylish. I'll be watching the DVD soon. What a joy! |

Dear Queen productions. It looks fantastic, simple as that. I love how raw it looks, zooming in and out of certain shots etc really gives that live and uncontrolled feeling. What a fantastic release, the camera work and directing, outstanding. Preservation and reproduction of the audio, flawless. I have more money for releases like this! |

Listening to the cds right now! Incredible!!!!!!!! The best Queen live cds! I downloaded them from the web (google it!) and they are really amazing. Hope to see them released here in Argentina soon so we can buy them! |

Putting a torrent of something official such as 'Rare Live' (for example) is one thing - it's obsolete and for most unobtainable - but to put up something like this a couple of days before it hits the shops is just taking the piss. Go out and buy it and encourage QPL to release more of the same, not give them an excuse to give up cos 'we' all keep stealing it. |

Very irritating though. Apparently the local HMV stores should have at least 1 Deluxe set per store (West Edmonton Mall HMV should have 3) for $10 more than what the Amazon presale price is at, according to the HMV store inventory search. Heavily debating about that, however I definitely am not keen on paying $80 for the 4LP set at HMV so will keep that through Amazon. |

It's delayed in Norway. I went to the biggest record store in Oslo, but it wasn't there (yet). At least the normal CD and the Deluxe versions are on Spotify. Really happy with what I've heard so far! |

Surprised Queenonline was faster than Amazon.ca. I got my deluxe Lp delivered here in Canada Thursday Sept 11, But stupid UPS brokerage fees $50 added to the original price + UK exchange rate to Can$ (pricey) lets just say I'm not telling my wife how much I paid. BTW I ordered the deluxe CD/dvdbluray set from amazon.ca now I get a email saying Oct 9-20 expected delivery date? wtf! |

99jaystang that sounds like a sore one but at least you've got the thing to enjoy. I'm eagerly awaiting mine. I originally ordered it the opposite way round (canada to UK) and thought I was getting a great deal but the deluxe box set was not in stock on release day so I cancelled the order and went through Amazon.com instead. I should recieve it at the start of October. Needless to say I'm massively looking forward to it. I've avoided as best I could listening to bits online. |
