There seems to be all of these great reviews appearing on Brian's website. Has there been any 'Not so favourable' reviews of the tour?
Thanks in advance
Well, this guy didnt felt anything "special"
"It would be something special. But this isn't special: it's just a couple of guys rocking out onstage together but not making anything even approaching art."

The review is in Brian's site: link
This is one of the few negative reviews so far, it seems that everybody else loves the current tour!
The Houston Press review. . . . .
Quote: because he's the best choice, doesn't mean he's a good choice.
Only a journalist who's desperate to prove something could use a line like that!
Thanks Inu. I think in the whole the reaction to the shows has been massively positive. I just hope they bring the shows to the UK so I can experience what you guys have

I'm from Houston originally and saw the show there last week. The Houston Chronicle gave a positive review and that outlet is Houston's oldest most recognized paper. I've never even heard of the "Houston Press." Seriously, the first time I'm ever hearing they exist - just saying. Brian posted both reviews to his website.
I like how all through the years, reviews always want to point out how the band leave the stage during the opera section of Bo Rhap. It has been going on like this for decades & reporters, who clearly haven't done any research, act like this is something totally new & unorthodox to Queen or Queen +'s live set. As if they're being cheated out of something. It really gets old.
By the way, I saw the Philadelphia show last night & it was fantastic. Adam ain't no Freddie but he held his own & I didn't have too many "cringe moments" while listening to him. As for Brian & Roger, they are clicking on all cylinders! That opening blew away the opening at the Q + PR shows I saw back in 05 & 06. The sound mix was perfect all night & my brother & I both commented that our ears weren't ringing at all! Not to say this wasn't loud but was certainly not over barring.
If my wife & I weren't expecting our 2nd child in less than 4 weeks, I'd grab two tickets for next Saturday in Atlantic City & take my 5 year old daughter!

way it's going you won't need to buy tickets...if you turn up on the night with some instruments you'll probably get to play with Queen

haha - it'd be refreshing, but about as likely as him admitting that badgers are carriers of bovine T.B.
Funny how reviewers always hated Queen and Queen never took any notice of them but Brian posts all the good (quotes from) reviews when they have something positive to say.
Sad really...
I'd rather read opinions from Queen fans or musicians than from reviewers who know nothing about the band and may also know very little about music. I've only read a couple of reviews and they were a waste of time and disappointing - not professional at all, due to lack of research and general knowledge.
If Brian wants to post good reviews, it must be because he wants to share his own good feelings about the good reviews. Nothing sad about that.

For you everything is sad and negative. I remember when the user The Real Wizard asked you if you even like anything. I think the answer is no, because you simply don't add anything positive to any discussion in Queenzone -. ever!
Why is this sad to you? It's Brian website, and he's working his ass of for making this a great concert - with all the crew - only for some critic - a.k.a frustaded wanna be musician - to bring it down. This is a business, and you don't post bad reviews on your website, when you know the product is good. And judging by people's reaction - ie. those who paid big bucks to be there, he's damn right the product is good. People are loving it!
