There is a short clip of we will rock you being performed in Chicago the clip is a professional recording so does that mean the whole show was professionally recorded?
It's probably from the stage camera feed to the screens. They are fed through a vision mixer. It wouldn't be hard to take a short mix from these. From the footage of the gig I've seen there doesn't seem to be a full film crew.
I would guess, out of choice that if they were going to film a show it would be later in the tour
I don't know, that gig probably won't be released. If there aren't more legs of the tour and they only play the gigs scheduled, and if they release a Bluray of the tour, my bets are three:
Las Vegas, smallest venue of the tour but two nights,
Madison Square Garden, 'cos Brian really like the place
Washington, last date of the tour and the only one open-air.
Cameras are approaching commodity status, and camera operators have to be on their game even if it's only for the show screen. So they could do many things with the footage, and there'd be no need to throw it away...

There are only four cameras and as they are part of the gigs video set up they are all filming close ups of the stage/ band members. There is one stationary. Hard focus camera at the FOH desk too.
These cameras wouldn't be enough in number or position to film a good quality and entertaining film/DVD of the whole show.
A dedicated film and recording crew would be needed.
That show in Berlin seems filmed for the news or for some music program, that means only the first songs and maybe the last ones too, filmed with one camera only, two or three with luck, there are example of this during all the Queen career.

To name a few. See?, just one or two angles and usually bits of songs. Remember these journalist aren't fans, just workers doing their job in the most accurate way possible, so no more footage filmed than the necessary and only the first songs if possible to return soon at home, of course there are exceptions, but this is the rule. Film or record a concert for a professional release have much more work than that, a camera crew with at least 8 angles, months of post production for audio and video, overdubbing.... You can mix the video with few angles and add the untouched audio in a couple of days, like the stone cold crazy or the wwry bits, but the product is far from the one of a good DVD/Bluray of a concert.
So they will probably choose one location, (still thinking in Las Vegas or New York, definitely not Chicago) hire a film crew, i hope one over the top like Serpent Productions, and they will film and record there the live album of this tour. They will have in the archives the video feed and the unpolished audio of all the gigs, but probably only one or two will be recorded to be released. The perfect example of this is Wembley 86, the first night wasn't intended to be released so they only have the video feed of the giant screen, while the second night was intended to be released and they have extra angles and all the tapes of all cameras. Same with Knebworthk, they never wanted to release the video so they didn't preserve the video feed, just the audio for Live Magic.
