Wow! That's quite unbelievable. And to think I've had LPs you'd expect to get a good £60-70 for up on ebay, and seen them sit at a couple of quid with minutes left. ANNOYING!!
Well that is the thing.... they were sold in masses but an unplayed, deadly mint copy is rare these days. Same for ie Beatles records. Millions and millions were sold, most of them were played to death.
^ yeah, of course Ron - but £100 is still madness. The stuff I expected to get money for - Made In Heaven LP (both versions), Queen Rocks LP, Queen Live (South Africa), News Of The World (Green), NATO (White) for example, were all mint and ended up going for prices between £20-£30....and HS gets £100. Quite astonishing!!

I would also never ever pay £100 for HS or even Queen II, but as you can see, there is a market out there for mint unplayed copies.
Made In Heaven or Queen Rocks were released in the 90's and I guess that at least 75-80% of all copies are still at least EX+ so it is easier to get a mint copy of those albums.
No idea why Queen Live went so cheap. Maybe you were just lucky :) Or maybe because only 'real' Queen collectors want to have it whereas I can imagine that a broader audience want to have ie Hot Space (believe it or not).
