So after Universals statement with regards to swapping duplicarte discs etc I emailed them about the actual pressing errors.
Basically asking whether or not that 'The Lot' will be ifixed of all the errors.
Response:-
Thank you for your email.
Please know that we are looking into these issues and will update you very soon.
best

Yep same... I now fear (yes!) that I might get a corrected Blue Rock disc one day, whereas I want the faulty one and then later one the corrected one (if it will ever be corrected). Yes, collectors blood still runs through my veins.
Ihave The Lot which i have been playing to death and to be honest the discs sound fine. What are Universal going to offer to replace ,missing discs, printing errors on the text, missing lyrics? I can not imagine them sending out a brand new copy with all errors fixed to each and everyone who bought the first batch.Ooooooooppppssss there goes all our profit from the release.Just like the song "Everything Is Broken !!!"
You will probably get the disc(s) loose in an envelope so they get scratched plus they send the missing book pages, folded ofcourse, in the same envelope which you can paste in the book yourself ;)

LOL same here, Ron. I know this is weird, but... :)
With all of the things that seem to be wrong with this box set it looks like they need to re-do the whole thing and offer an explanation. This is just downright sad and disappointing. It seems this would take a while...hopefully there is not too big of a rush to send out fixed boxes if they do not have or know all of the information as to what is wrong with it.

This is the exact response I got too, I guess they mass emailed everyone, I responded today listing the error's again to see what is said but I'm not holding my breath.
I just sent them a copy of my Amazon invoice and got this back: "Thank you Ron – as soon as the replacement discs arrive at my desk they will be sent out to you – they are due in this week."
No idea if that means if I get a corrected copy or still a faulty one (am missing Blue Rock).
We're getting there...
"Thank you for your patience.
I can confirm that a Blue Rock CD can be sent to you. Please can you forward me your preferred postal address."
Am still curious if I get the one with the Life Changes error or a corrected version. Am not gonna ask, just in case they then decide to hold back and wait for a batch with the corrected version :)
Cool,
I emailed them and Emma replied saying that they will be sending me a complete set replacement (as from December 11), as I mentioned errors on several discs and on the book as well.
Hopefully the replacement set will be completely corrected !!
After reading Roger's message I want to think so.
New update today:
Thank you for your patience.
A corrected box will be available on 11th December. If you would kindly
forward me a proof of your purchase and a preferred postal address I will
ensure you receive this.
Thanks
Emma
Are they asking you to return the faulty box? What's to stop someone unscrupulous claiming a new set and then returning the faulty one? Or selling the faulty one?

Great to hear !
So ... why isn't everyone chiming in to say "wooooow, great service?"
I'll tell you why - because you airheads (note: Roger reference cleverly crowbarred into my rant) are only interested in whining, not giving praise. I pity you all for having such negative views of the world and inherent need for conflict.
Someone had to say it. Crucify me.

I can only speak for myself, but I'd like to hear what exactly has been corrected, and/or know that a new copy has been sent to me before thanking them too much.
Roger's message (which said that SOME people are having problems with the set) implies that not all products might be replaced after all.
Well done to Universal for trying to deal with this matter.
I'm sure people will post their views on receipt of replacement discs, hopefully in a positive way.

You do realize that you are now actually complaining..? :)
