Hope you have some fun while listening to this set :-)
Just been giving it a listen, and there's some absolutely fantastic work on there! I love the A Kind of Hammer to Fall track, the two songs are such a good fit for each other. Also, I really like the Orchestral mixes of Killer Queen and Somebody To Love. I've got the RPO Queen songs, and I really like them as they are, but I always feel that they they're missing something, and you adding in the bits and pieces from the actual songs turns good songs in bloody brilliant songs!
Keep up the good work sir, you're an inspiration! :D

Well, I've listened to the ones I hadn't heard before, and they are fantastic, Piotre! Even GDML, a track I usually skip when playing the album, has been given an interesting 'twist', and it's great that you've taken out that awful middle section - a big improvement!
I do have a couple of observations - one is that a segue between the Intro and KYA might have been interesting (or just blend the two together to make a continuous track), and at the very start of KYA, the 'I've', seems to be unclear in this version, where in the 'single' version you shared before, the 'I've' was cleaner.
The only other track I have a small issue with is the orchestral STL. While the actual orchestra works well with the track, I don't think the choral backing vocals do, as they are too low in the mix (and too low in tone, too). Maybe you could have also used some of the Queen backing vocals to 'pump up' the choral vocals? But I also like hearing the track with just Freddie singing, so maybe have the backing vocals just on the choruses?
I love the little Killer Queen instrumental - that sounds like something that could have been included on ANATO, and I also like the Magic / Hammer mix. I've often thought of putting Hammer and One Vision together (and there is it, in your Blurred Jam, which I'm listening to while typing this - spooky!), but would never have dreamt of Magic and Hammer - very inventive and well done!
I think you've saved the best till last - the orchestral WWRY is simply stunning (albeit with a slight grumble at the missing guitar solo), and works so well - that one is definitely going on my iPod!
Thanks again for your great work!
Thanks Kacio and Lord!
As for the orchestral STL I just wanted to make the RPO orchestral track as more hearable as possible and that's why I 'removed' the original Queen backing vocals. But yes, maybe it would be a good compromise to use the backing vocals on the choruses only :-) I will think about it if I decide to post a music video on Youtube :-) We'll see...
But I'm very happy that you like most of the tracks. Most of them were very time consuming and sometimes I was so 'tired' that I wasn't sure if some of the ideas are right lol But that's typical when you spent too much time on one project I suppose ;-) Thanks again, Lord!
Oh, and looking forward to listen to something from you someday ;-)
I think something from me may be a long time coming, Piotre. I just don't have the time or enthusiasm for it nowadays, but it's great to see you still have the inspiration to create something new. :) Maybe one day I'll get the urge to go over some of my old mixes, as I'm sure some of them could have been done a bit better.
Wow man. This is great!
My favorite set from you. You've mastered the art and I can't believe that the band hasn't put you on payroll yet. Or maybe they have.
My faves are the triple shot of KYA, GDML and STL. Just killer. You actually made GDML listenable for me.
Thanks so much!
Dear mr. PiotreQ,
I've listened to this album many times now.
And I must admid that I'm loving it more and more each time.
Please keep spoiling us with your great work!!!!!
Great job! Get DOwn Make Love is one of the only tracks which I never listen to. But your version makes it awesome and I've listened to it 3 times in a row now. Thanks for this "album" :)
I was never really too much of a fan with these remixes (I love your work otherwise), but I came across this again on YT and fell in love with it.
Can't stop playing KYA as I love how you've worked the vocals in.
Just brilliant mate :-)
