Does anybody know where/when the photo showing Freddie with John Lennon was taken? It was sometime in the 1970s of course. I'm not even completely sure that it is genuine.
I think the awesomeness of having both together in one room would probably create some sort of black-hole which would swallow up the Earth.

Absolute fake. John is very poorly photoshopped in
On my laptop screen, if I look at an angle, I can actually see the lines of the cut-out around John's head. Reminds me of a trick photograph from the Korean War where you could clearly see two halves of a room pasted together along a microphone line. They hadn't even bothered to check the lighting, as the shadows fell in opposite directions on either side of the room.

He met Ringo, there's a photo dodging about, and he must of met Paul, obviously at live aid, but never heard anything re John.
Thanks! I really liked your answer. You could have just said "no," but you gave me the extras : )
Pity Freddie never met John Lennon. I know Freddie admired him. I wonder what Lennon thought of Freddie and Queen in the 70s.
Queen are the British rock band most frequently mentioned as being as great as The Beatles.
Yes, I remember that titbit about cltcl, and the great irony.............."just like starting over" was right next to "flash" on the UK chart when John was killed. They were both on their way down thelist in December '80, in the mid 20's, if I remember rightly. But then of course "just like starting over" naturally, had a resurgence and shot back up to no.2..............and we all know what kept it off the top spot ,don't we? - st. Winifreds school choir, "there's no one quite like grandma"
That's what's great about Britain!
