Any fans? Its only one of the best shows ever! |

Oh definitely :D Last episodes are kinda talk talk talk all the way through, but most of those conversations are meaningful anyway. I used to hate Walt's wife, but now I began to really hate him! Jesse is pure class though, I love all the scenes with him. Fantastic actor! He's got a movie career ahead of him, just today it was announced that he is joining Ridley Scott's new movie. |
AssDudeRule 28.08.2013 18:49 |
Yeah I noticed Aaron will be in that up and coming movie. Something about him being the next Leo? I used to hate his wife as well, after all that Ted business, but when he hit is head I couldnt stop laughing. I have since warmed to her as she started showing compassion to Walt. Hank must being blowing his fuse after last week's epp: (Epp 11) |

This show is absolutely brilliant. It's funny how most viewers cheer for Walt even though some of things he's done are just morally reprehensible. I was going to post more, but I don't want to spoil it for those who are still catching up through DVDs and Netflix. Did anyone see the episode of Mythbusters where they test some of the things they've done on the show? |
AssDudeRule 29.08.2013 22:11 |
No, I haven't seen them. I'd say they would be on Youtube. I will have a look at it. |

Phenomenal show. The cinematography, acting and writing especially are excellent. These last few cliffhangers have been killing me. |

^ first world problems. But yeah, excellent show. All the best writers are doing TV now since most of Hollywood is a cesspool nowadays. |

I have been watching like 2-3 episodes per day of season 1 through season 4 (finished ep 9 today) and I find this up for discussion. What a coincidence! My fav character so far is Hank. I think he's the one guy who's personality has been more thoroughly explored in the show than anyone else. I find Walt a bit unbelievable, and Jesse is such a stupid guy. Skyler...she was OK till that (audit?) scene in Ted's office. That was bull crap. And Gus...his part made a great deal of impact initially...but again its all becoming kinda unbelievable with him too. He shud have died/taken out of the story long ago. |

There have been talks about making a full feature length movie, albeit just rumours at this time but I hope they "don't" make a movie with this program. We have all seen the Simpsons movie. |

I don't know how you guys feel, but I've been rooting for Walt to get away with all this shit, but now I'm shifting towards joining the Schrader/Pinkman team. |

But, considering there is now a Schrader/Pinkman team, I have no idea how this will pan out. |

Here, in my opinion, is a goof-up. When Gus is called for questioning, they mention that this is in relation to a "drug-related murder" or something like that (can't recall exactly now). And Gus says...this is about Gale Bet-whatever. That shoudl have raised a flag in the mids of the cops but it does not. I mean if Gus did not know that Gale was involved in drugs etc, how did he guess immediately, without any hint from the cops, that they were talking abt Gale? About Saul - yeah, he's funny, scenes involving him are entertaining indeed. Anyone else notice how Skyler looks different every season? |

The fact that everyone is so morally grey in this show is one of the reasons I love it so much. |

I sure don't want Hank, Jesse or Gomez to die, but I did sympathise a lot with Walt, particularly when he tried so desperately to call the Todd Squad off. Should we be tagging spoilers here? Or just assuming everyone's up to date |

Regarding Gus, what I meant was that his introduction was awesome. The man in the shadows, never reveals himself unless necessary etc etc. Saul did not know his identity all this while and then suddenly everyone connected with the business is aware of Gus's double life. Even when he finds that Hank is on to him (the car bug) and even after his interview with the DEA, he does not care much about goign over to the old age home to meet Salamanca. it should have been safe for him to assume that he may be under surveilance.... Other than that, i do agree that his persona was pretty cool. The way he communicates with his expressions as much as with words is great. |

The point was that he was compromised because of his poor judgement, being too personally invested in the situation to be as calculated as he might be otherwise. |

Just watched e14 and when the racist(?) Jack pulled the trigger I had to stop and collect myself before i could watch any further..... |

The way he communicates with his expressions as much as with words is great. It's a shame that Giancarlo Esposito didn't win an Emmy for that role. Although Aaron Paul did instead. The whole persona of Gus Fring comes across as the most polite, well mannered and well spoken law abiding citizen you could ever meet. Yet, he was a ruthless criminal behind all of that. |

Finale started a bit slow, but in the last half hour things started to pick up pace. The final showdown with the Neo Nazis left me breathless. |

I found the final episode to be funny more than anything else. Everything Walt does was almost expected at this stage of the story (I don't mean how, just what). And just discovered there are a few original minisodes related breaking bad on youtube...very very funny. check 'em out. |

But yeah, the last half hour totally blew it out of the water. A very satisfying ending. |
