Hey... for my hen weekend, we want to do a scavenger hunt (it's a long story... we were going to go kayaking or rafting, but it ended up being a bit more expensive then the girls expected, and rather then put my friends under pressure, i asked the girls for ideas for something free/cheap, and this was the best suggestion). So... it'll be in the daytime, and only about three people in the group know the city we'll be in. (And only two of them know it well.) It's a weekend thing, so it's going to be a daytime activity. So does anyone have any suggestions for CLEAN, legal scavenger hunt ideas? My favourite so far is to buy the cheapest, smallest pack of sweets and carefully divide them all up between the group equally. And to take a picture with a movie ad (as in, crazy excited to meet the person in the picture). And to pose outside or inside a shop window like the shop mannequins. But any good suggestions?
In my country, the local fruits are cheap. So, it would be cheap to buy a big watermelon and cut it up to share. Bananas are also cheap to buy and share.

Here fruit is really expensive -- but i think the point is to divide it up in the shop, into tiny tiny pieces and see how people react. Thanks for the idea though :D Where do you live? I wish i lived somewhere where watermelons were cheap!

I live in Singapore and I am a Singaporean Chinese. As a previous QZ'er would say, a former British colony :-)
Oh, cool! I have an uncle in singapore! He lived in australia for years, but then got a job in singapore, moved there, met a girl and now they have a little boy, and he loves it there!
