It might have something to do with Brian's work with Kerry Ellis. He said something about it on Twitter:
"Dr. Brian May ?@DrBrianMay 22 Apr
“@glitzylady: Wait - New Album??! ” Psy loves the Kissing Me Song, & @kerryjaneellis1 and I think he's - aMazing. Who knows what'll happen!"
Also, Brian has recently reported on Twitter that he has recently been working on mixing the Born Free Tour live album.
Could that also possibly have something to do with the postponement of the Kissing Me single?
I feel compelled to bring over my post from the other thread.
Psy to feature in Queen guitarist Brian May’s new album

Psy will be participating in Brian May‘s new album!
On MBC FM4U‘s ‘Bae Chul Soo’s Music Camp‘, Psy announced, “Brian May is releasing a new remake album, and he’s entrusted the remix of a song to me.”
Psy even requested the radio to play Queen‘s “Love of My Life” in honor of the legendary British rock band and its guitarist Brian May. When asked how he felt when Brian May approached him with the offer to do the remix, Psy revealed, “I cried so hard. I wondered if it was okay for me to do it.”
How do you think the collaboration between Psy and Brian May will sound? link
You didn't want Adam Lambert.
Now you are getting Psy! Ah, revenge is sweet.
Psy is a novelty act and will probably be a one-hit wonder too. The way the surviving members of Queen hook up with people these days is like watching a beautiful woman whose looks are fading desperately throwing herself at any guy that comes along. It's awful to watch. Brian said he doesn't have much time for music anymore because of his involvement in stopping cruelty to animals. If that's the case, he needs to make a better chioce than working with Psy. I'm hoping this turns out to be a false rumour.
Totally wrong. If you'd done your research, which I can see you probably haven't, you'd know that Adam not only sung BohRhap as part of his audition for American Idol, BUT he also auditioned for the Las Vegas WWRY musical production (but got rejected!)
The first sign of the apocalypse? Brian's having brunch with Psy tomorrow: link
Korean pop star of Gangnam dance fame appeared on Scott Mills Radio 1 programme 'Scott Mills Daily' this morning and spoke about Brian May:
"You remember that I was and I am a really huge fan of rock band Queen? It seems like I'm going to have a brunch with Brian May tomorrow".
Was he going to work with Brian? "Seems like [it]", he said. "I don't know, I'm just going to eat tomorrow, but I'm super excited. The band was an inspiration to me since I was 14 or 15 until now." link
Well, yes, it seems we ARE meeting for Brunch ! But that's all I can tell you ...
When you think back to the 70s and 80s, and all the great true artists that Queen could have collaborated with in the studio, and all we got was Bowie (and some Jackson and Rod Stewart which has never seen the light of day), yet for the last 15 years Brian has just whored himself around the absolute bottom of the barrel in a clear attempt to get that all elusive number 1 single in each decade to keep the pattern going (70s, 80s, 90, 00s. etc..). I have no aversion to him working with credible artists (even the Lady Ga Ga track was pretty good), but there is no way he can claim that working with the likes of Dappy, Psy, Britney, Five etc... is for artistic reasons, and is anything other than a publicity driven affair.
Just seen a pic of the 'brunch' - Bri, Psy and Kerry Ellis!
I bet she hates feeling obliged to say "yes of course Brian, I'd love to" when he says keeps turning up on her doorstep and saying "fancy recording a charity song in aid of lions?", "fancy recording a charity song in aid of badgers?", "fancy recording a crap novelty Queen cover with Psy (in aid of lions and badgers)?"...............
