Sorry, I know this shouldn't be in this section, but this is a SERIOUSly good cover.... great tribute to the original (and best).... makes great use of harmonies... and the guy can hold a note.
Don't suppose anyone from Sweden has been lucky enough to go see it?
Wow, thanks for introducing me to this group! Probably the only tribute band I'd pay to see. Never really interested in the Queen sponsored tribute thing going on, kind of silly for a band like Queen to form and push a tribute act. Kind of sad actually. As for the other tribute bands, I credit them for their talent and effort, but they can never capture the charisma of the original Queen. This group doesn't attempt the Queen look, but has their own appropriate appearance. What they do is effectively represent the studio versions of the songs and are still fun enough to watch.
As far as the musicians, I think they are all very good(it's the choir makes the group stand out), but sometimes the electric guitar is lacking. The guitar on MOTBQ is good and the vocal bells at the beginning are amazing. That's the one for me, with Prophet's Song a close second. In WWTLF, to me, the singer attempts to capture the timbre of Brian's voice when appropriate and then immediately goes for the Freddie sound. Nice.
Now if only they did Fairy Feller' Master-Stroke, or all of Queen II.

Wow, that was cool...both songs. Tigerlily should love MOTBQ.. I would pay to go see them, I agree with pittrek.
Thanks Ms. Reclusive. I almost passed this topic completely until I saw your post. It is a fantastic cover, and one of the best of MOTBQ. I would love to see them live.
Wish they had included the 'forget your singalongs and lullabies......' ending (were they basing the performance from the original EMI QII?).
Don't always check these links, but, dang, glad I did. We really, really enjoyed this. Thanks.

My personal favorite from them is this : link
fu**ing great.
i have to admit that your personal favorite is quite superb in terms of their works on the chorus. you can particularly feel a touch of freddie's ! a very well arranged choir. and a good one because the voices DO fit together in terms of their colour. never thought that this would be possible.
that performance shows once again what a grand composer thar mr. mercury was. and what amount of voices he must have felt to have in his brain :-)

That is an amazing tribute band and the choir sounds *just as good as the Queen Extravaganza and *their lighting. *I'm laughing out loud for some reason.

Don't you just love the live version at the Rainbow? Really short, just a minute and a half, but just wow! Sorry, I got off topic.
